Done-for-you MSP automation. We build the workflows against your stack — PSA, Pax8, Entra, M365, MFA, the lot — and ship them to production. You don't learn a platform. You run your MSP.
What MSPs say when they've switched off the manual stuff.
As an MSP, we've tried a lot of automation platforms, including Rewst, and most have been overly complex, hard to maintain, and slow to adapt. Triggr is the opposite. It's intuitive, fast to set up, and clearly built for MSPs. We were up and running with real automations like client onboarding, license provisioning, and ticket handling within days.
Triggr has transformed our onboarding and offboarding process for customers into a seamless and automated experience. The tools are exceptionally powerful, and the team's expertise shines through in their continuous innovation and dedication to improving the product.
Every workflow built for your stack. By a senior engineer.
New user onboarding · form-triggered
Branded intake form fires a cascade: PSA ticket, Entra user, M365 license via Pax8, MFA, mailbox, SharePoint groups, welcome email. Built end-to-end against your specific PSA + stack — not a template you configure.
Offboarding · zero leftover access
License reclaimed, mailbox forwarded and archived, OneDrive ownership transferred, MFA tokens revoked, group memberships stripped, PSA ticket sealed with full audit log. Logic wired to your rehire / contractor / leaver paths.
QBR pack · one-click branded
Pulls live data from your PSA + RMM + EDR + M365, renders your branded QBR pack, and delivers it to the client portal. No spreadsheets, no analyst time. Built around your existing client review template.
Billing reconciliation · Pax8 ↔ PSA
Reconciles your Pax8 invoice against your active PSA agreements every month. Flags every unbilled license against your billing rules. One MSP found $4,210/mo unbilled on the first run.
Managed AI ticket triage
Classify, prioritise, route, and auto-close P4s. AI-assisted but never AI-decided — every action audited and reversible. Trained on your ticket history, routing rules, and SLA structure.
The workflow you've been meaning to build
If it has an API, we'll build it — CMMC compliance packs, distributor API integrations, license deep-links, multi-tenant onboarding forms, custom QBR variants. Tell us, we build it, you run it. No "configure your own automation." We do the configuring.
We read your service desk.
Then tell you what to automate next.
Hawk reads your live PSA data on a rolling basis — volume, complexity, repeats, reopens, mistake rate — and ranks the workflows that would save you the most hours. You decide what we build next.
From application to running workflow in about a week.
60-min demo + fit check
We look at your stack, your top 3 painful workflows, and whether we can ship them. Application-only — we don't take on what we can't deliver. If it's a fit, we scope tier and start date.
Hawk goes live + first workflow ships
Hawk plugs into your PSA and starts ranking automation candidates by hours saved. You pick the first build. Senior engineer ships it to production while Hawk keeps watching. Typically live within 7 days.
Monthly cadence · 1+ workflows / mo
Async via Basecamp, monthly review call. We ship at the cadence your plan supports — 1 per month on Starter, scaling up to multiple per week on higher tiers. You add them to the queue. We build them. No meeting required.

60-minute demo with Harvey, our founder. You bring the workflows you've been meaning to build. We tell you what we can ship, what's harder, and what costs what. Application-only. No marketing fluff.

Things people ask before booking.
Is this Rewst with a service layer?
No. Rewst is a platform you self-build on. Triggr is a service — we build the workflows for you against your stack. You don't write logic. You don't maintain templates. You give us the spec, we ship it.
What stacks do you support?
If it has an API, we build the workflow. Common: ConnectWise, Halo, Autotask, NinjaOne, Datto, Pax8, Microsoft Graph, Entra, M365, CIPP, Sherweb, Ingram. Less common ones — we'll tell you on the call.
How fast can the first workflow ship?
The first workflow is typically live within 7 days of fit-check. Some take longer — depends on stack complexity, edge cases, and how clean the spec is on day one. Subsequent workflows usually ship in 5-10 working days.
Why the 2-new-MSPs-per-month cap?
Senior engineers, not juniors. The cap exists because the quality bar exists. We'd rather say no than ship something underbaked. If you're a fit, we'll tell you on the call.
What if we already have automation?
Good. Most of our customers already had Rewst, Power Automate, or hand-rolled scripts. We take over the workflows you don't want to maintain — or the ones you've been meaning to build but haven't.
Where's the audit log?
Every workflow run is logged end-to-end with step-level timestamps, input/output payloads, and full re-play capability. Audit pack delivered to your PSA on every run. SOC 2 controls in scope.
"Hey, I'm Harvey, the founder of Everhold (Triggr is an Everhold product). I started Everhold because too many MSP vendors start strong — only to grow at all costs, kill innovation, and turn support into a nightmare. Not us. We ever-hold to our principles — human support, continuous innovation, and growth that balances people and partners with profit."
